Hilscher Port Devices Driver

A device driver is neccessary to use Hilscher's CIFX and COMX communication devices under Microsoft Windows operating system. The CIFX/netX device driver is a kernel-mode driver that runs in Ring 0 of the operating system and supports the Windows plug-and-play mechanisms. ISA, PCI and PCI/e components are supported and can be combined arbitrarily using an unlimited number of. Hilscher offers netX technology for device manufacturers, including development services and customized module manufacturing. In this field, Hilscher is not only recognized as a system partner of major manufacturers. The company's customer base also includes a variety of engineering firms, solution providers and system integrators. Hilscher netLINK NL50 is a small size MPI-Ethernet gateway. With NL50 you can program Siemens S7 PLC through Ethernet network (IBHNET driver). It is also possible to connect visualization systems with RFC1006 protocol support to the PLC's MPI port via Ethernet. There is one RJ45 port in the netLINK NL50.
